喷油器控制组件 (ICA) 电源
斯派曼注射器控制集合(ICA)多路输出高压电源是使用来供应适当的电极电压到一个三极管电子枪,为了注射电子到一个直线加速器(LINAC)。由此产生的高能电子脉冲用于为应用来创建高能的X 射线,比如货物检查和癌症治疗。
此多路输出机架式电源通过电子枪提供阴极加热器和栅极电压。此阴极电流可以被脉冲到500Hz。此加热器和栅极电源浮在阴极电压电势上,通常一直到-15kV。注射器电流是通过编程栅极脉冲电压控制的。远程控制和监测是通过标准的以太网协议。在前面板上的LED 指示器提供基本的输出和故障状态,包括阴极电缆和电弧故障。
此ICA 系列可以为特殊的系统需求定制。
